I had been having trouble seeing for a few months. I was in my early 40's and was really worried it may be something 'bad' even though everyone told me I probably just needed bifocals. So, I was nervous. From the moment I entered this office I knew I was in the 'right' place! It was comfortable , had friendly front office people...and a wonderful, relaxed, friendly optometrist who educated me about why i needed 'eye help' which alleviated my fears right away. I got great service, excellent/beautiful new glasses and contacts...and 'found' my new eye doctor. more

Loved the extraordinarily fast service and walk in appointment. Also, I greatly appreciate your diverse frame selection. This has been my pet peeve of other eye wear retailer, hundreds of slight variations of the same frame. more

My experience at Vision City was by far the best (I have been to many over the years). I was greated by friendly and efficient staff. As a new comer to the USA I had little knowledge on the medical insurance system. The lady that assisted me was very knowledgable and patient with me. more

Great deal 4/30/2012

I just got fitted with new glasses a few weeks ago. I was in and out pretty quickly but best of all, I got a coupon for 40% off new non rx shades! I picked up both yesterday and they both look really good. more

I have been going here for years for my eye wear. Everyone who works here is always so nice. I decided to try out the doctor they have working with them a few weeks ago, and it was great. I now have a new eye doctor, and will continue to go to them for all my eyewear, whether it be sunglasses, eyeglasses or contact lens. more

Nice 3/22/2012

Truthfully, the best optometrist I've been to see in Katy. The staff was pleasant and friendly and the Dr was very well informed and professional. They have a large selection of glasses to choose from and they take my insurance which while pretty standard was sort of a requirement for me. Pricing on a whole seemed pretty fair so no complaints from me. more

Great, Great Service 2/17/2012

Dr. Donaldson takes the time to explain the exam and answer questions. He also informs you of new advances that can help improve your vision and make things more comfortable for you. I have purchased frames from them and that process was a blast. The staff has a ton of experience when it comes to finding frames to fit your face. It is an absolute pleasure every time I go to this office. I have referred 5 people there and they say the same thing after visiting. more

Great Selection of Frames 1/17/2012

Great selection of frames!!! And great prices! I have gone to many stores in the area for eyeglasses - and this place rocks. Their prices are amazing - both the frames and the lenses, and the staff are helpful in choosing frames that are complementary to your face. It's also low pressure to buy. I ordered glasses on a Saturday and they were ready not long after. more

The staff here was very friendly and helpful.I was a little nervous since I hadn't made an appointment for my eyes in awhile. They didn't put me down for waiting so long but they did help with my prescription and finding the frames for me. more
