I had been having trouble seeing for a few months. I was in my early 40's and was really worried it may be something 'bad' even though everyone told me I probably just needed bifocals. So, I was nervous. From the moment I entered this office I knew I was in the 'right' place! It was comfortable , had friendly front office people...and a wonderful, relaxed, friendly optometrist who educated me about why i needed 'eye help' which alleviated my fears right away. I got great service, excellent/beautiful new glasses and contacts...and 'found' my new eye doctor.
