Promt Courteous service 3/29/2014

Everything went great and smooth service. IN and out on a Saturday afternoon. Only negative was the fact that the EPA sensor part that is causing my check engine light to come on frequently was over $400 to get it fixed. I did appreciate the mechanic explaining that it would not affect anything if I let it go, other than having to see the check engine light come on a lot. he indicated that one other customer the week before had wanted to pay the $476 just to get the light from not always coming on. more

Great customer Service 3/26/2014

My wife and I were visiting from out of town when our car was broken into. Our brand new Volvo's passenger window was shattered. We contacted Gorges Volvo, explained what happened, and the service team took it from there. The professionalism and excellent customer care helped us during a very difficult time. Being out of town, unfamiliar with the area, and then with a broken car...you can only imagine the stress this would cause. However, the service team took the stress out of the repair process by handling everything for us. Thank you so very much! more

Quick/Painless Car Purchase 3/24/2014

The entire process was smooth from initial to parking in our garage the first time. We understand the enormity of money that is involved for both parties, but in the end, we feel like it was a pleasant transaction for both parties. We are a first time Volvo customer and between the immaculate vehicle (2013 Pre-owned XC60) and the knowledgeable staff it was easy to decide this vehicle was for us. Gorges Volvo is setup well to assist their customers: facilities are immaculate, service appointments are well scheduled, and very little time is wasted of the customer to accomplish necessary tasks. Even now after the sale is complete, I still get great support from a sales team-member should need it. more

I would not take my vehicle anyplace but Gorges Volvo. The staff did a great job of keeping informed of the progress and giving me honest feedback on any potential issues. The technicians in the back also did a great job of servicing my vehicle and getting it back to me in a timely manner. more

Friendly Service 3/19/2014

The guys at the service desk are top notch and knowledgable. The mechanic working on my car came in on a Saturday to finish it up on time. Prices are in line or below other Volvo dealers for service. Loaner car was clean, new, and well appointed. more

I had a great experience, I dropped my truck off and they were ready with a loaner car for me to have. While they had my truck they kept me updated on what was going on and then contacted me only a few short hours later to let me k I ow it was complete. more
