Going Green Detailing Machine

In February, 2013 Hugo Esparragoza, owner and operator of Going Green Detailing, contacted me about taking over his list of clients for a price. Roughly half of the money was paid up front with the remainder to be paid about 3 months later. As part of the contract Hugo was to email the clients to inform them of the change. Despite my numerous reminders, as well as my typing up a draft that he could simply copy and paste, he never emailed the customers. He also failed to post a message on his website also notifying customers of the change. Roughly 10% of the contacts turned out to be confirmed as invalid, with no way of knowing how many more might be also be. Shortly before the final payment was to be due Hugo posted an ad on Craigslist advertising an ""Amazing Opportunity"". His advertisement was for roughly 50% more contacts than actually exist. (Or he sold half the list to someone else as well) Anyone considering taking over this business should be forewarned.\r more

I scheduled the executive full detailing service and Hugo absolutely did a terrific job!!! My car is a 2009 honda civic bought last year. However, I can still tell the huge difference after his service. He spent about 5 hours on my vehicle and made it looks like new or even better. The most important thing is that the process is highly eco-friendly and you don't have to prepare anything for him. I live in an apartment at 3rd floor so Hugo asked me if the water connection is available the day before he came. I said maybe a long tube is required. Then, Hugo showed up with his own machine for providing the water. Therefore I could just do whatever I want in my house and let Hugo perform his magic. He's a car fanatic and keeps researching the best products for detailing. Highly recommended!! Trust me, you won't regret. I just had my 2006 Black BMW detailed by Hugo, and he left my car better than new! I have had my car detailed before by other ""professionals"", but never like this! I had a FULL detail scheduled, and when I checked the weather for the next morning it was forecasting rain. I contacted Hugo to ask if it would be rescheduled if it rained, as I assumed it would be. He wrote back and said yes. The next morning, it was raining and I did not hear from him. Not even to reschedule my appointment. Here I was ready to shell out almost $200 but apparently my business wasn't that important to him. I was really disappointed by this lack of customer service & follow through because I really wanted to get this service done on my vehicle in the most environmentally friendly way I could. Suffice it to say I've saved my money & am looking elsewhere for a business that actually wants my business. I would highly recommend Hugo's work. His attention to detail was equally thorough to the interior and exterior of my car, and my car looked like new. Hugo is very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions. His website is also well laid out to get the information I needed, and I was even able to book my appointment and receive confirmation the same day. I was looking for someone to detail my car before I could put it up for sale. Hugo took my 2001 Honda Civic and made me regret my decision to sell it. He did an incredible job and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was professional, courteous, adept and honest. What more could you ask for? more

Hugo does an amazing job detailing inside and out. His attention to detail is very good, the products he uses protect the car well, and of course, everything looks excellent. He will make the engine bay look like a new car and address the ""out of sight out of mind"" areas like under the spare tire, gas door, license plate, and more. He is also capable of addressing damaged paint on older cars that have been improperly cared for, bringing them back to life. Pros: Comes to you, brings his own water, could service anywhere. more

I was extremely pleased with the services of GGDM. He made it very easy for me - showed up with an impressive, and totally self-sufficient ""Detailing Machine."" Great job getting the car to shine, and even buffed out some rough spots that I didn't think had a chance of coming out. Very reasonable pricing for the results. Pros: Self-sufficient - all equipment, water, power, etc., Results were better than expected Cons: None. more

Hugo brought everything needed (water, vacuum, carpet cleaner...) for a first class detail job to my place of employment. He spent about 7 hours on my car. After he finished we went through the car together and I was thouroughly impressed. I have recommended GGDM to many people since the detail and plan on seeing Hugo again in the near future. Pros: Brings everything too you at your work, home, Kart track :), Reasonable prices, Friendly Cons: Knowing that you could never do as good of a job as GGDM :( more

GGDM Came to my house and worked for HOURS on getting my car to absolutely top notch condition. I had some used wheels with serious brake dust stain and he was able to get them in much better condition than I could have imagined. Top notch service and great prices. I would recommend to anybody. more
