I had a FULL detail scheduled, and when I checked the weather for the next morning it was forecasting rain. I contacted Hugo to ask if it would be rescheduled if it rained, as I assumed it would be. He wrote back and said yes. The next morning, it was raining and I did not hear from him. Not even to reschedule my appointment. Here I was ready to shell out almost $200 but apparently my business wasn't that important to him. I was really disappointed by this lack of customer service & follow through because I really wanted to get this service done on my vehicle in the most environmentally friendly way I could. Suffice it to say I've saved my money & am looking elsewhere for a business that actually wants my business.
Pros: Environmentally friendly services
Cons: Does not reschedule or follow up with you if it rains!
