Review content:
In February, 2013 Hugo Esparragoza, owner and operator of Going Green Detailing, contacted me about taking over his list of clients for a price. Roughly half of the money was paid up front with the remainder to be paid about 3 months later. As part of the contract Hugo was to email the clients to inform them of the change. Despite my numerous reminders, as well as my typing up a draft that he could simply copy and paste, he never emailed the customers. He also failed to post a message on his website also notifying customers of the change. Roughly 10% of the contacts turned out to be confirmed as invalid, with no way of knowing how many more might be also be. Shortly before the final payment was to be due Hugo posted an ad on Craigslist advertising an ""Amazing Opportunity"". His advertisement was for roughly 50% more contacts than actually exist. (Or he sold half the list to someone else as well) Anyone considering taking over this business should be forewarned.\r
