My experience with Global Allstates Car Rental was super from start to finish. we got good customer service and great deal, I recently, (new year 2014) visited Los Angeles, I had room at Holiday Inn, just next to Global AllStates car rental, \r tried to call and shop around, and found that car rentals at this time of year were very expensive everywhere, it was Christmas/New Year's season time. we decided to try Global AllStates. I loved that it was a small facility and got my car very quickly. I got great customer service and great deal, returning the car literally took seconds and we were on our way.\r the people working here are nice friendly, FAST COUNTER EXPERIENCE NO LINE, best rental car experience I've ever had from top to down. more

highly recommended friendly service,we were in and out fast, no line every thing went super smooth and staff was very friendly, they have the best rates by far compared to all the other car rental companies this was my 2nd time rented with them it was Christmas and new year season and got great deal, I got upgraded for free to a full size! which is niccee! I've been to Los Aneles twice in the past year and used Global AllStates car rental LAX both times. I plan on going again and sure will use them again, it was really affordable cheap rate and it was easy and quick in and out, the service was very good friendly nobody tried to pitch the insurance to me since I'm already fully covered under my own insurance policy, great small car rental company, thank Global allstates for the friendly and excellent service. me and my friend rented a car with global all states car rental at La Quinta Inn&suites, I: they only charge $5.00 under 25 yrs age fee, II: no pushy options. III: fast and friendly counter experience No lineeee, IV: great price, V: overall every thing just easy, will rent from global all states car rental whenever I travel to Los Angeles again. more

I would avoid Global Rent-A-Car aka Global All States Car Rental. By the way this is not directed at Ferris he's great it's that lunatic Middle-Eastern owner/manager who is a complete fraud. I had the car two days and because of miscommunication between Ferris and the Owner he tried to over charge me for hours, gas and mileage. This is how he makes his money. He was completely disrespectful waving his hand as if to say oh you're not important for my time. He is a complete racist and completely Un-American trying to steal money from Americans to send back to the Middle-East. There's better places to rent from with better quality cars. The car they rented to me was a Chevy Cobalt and it was a complete salvage with tire problems and it shook when at speeds of 60mph. Not to mention there was no one in the office and I had to wait outside when I dropped it off. What a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!! :( I would give this place NO stars if I could. more

All States Car Rental gave me good deal & extra 10% aaa discount, my car was not all the way cleaned inside l found some items in the back on the floor. not a biggiee. but No hidden fees and/ or charges! they are a privately owned excellent local business, great prompt service the staff very nice, friendly and helpful, Overall, everything was really good, my experience fine; I was in and out quickly. and as far as convenience goes and the price was right! bring your proof of insurance card f u want 2 avoid their insurance, also f u r under 25 they charge u $5.00 a day, Would I go back? 4 SURE. they were nice and helpful n it's nice to help out a local business. more

I like renting a car here. They are located in the La Quinta Inn& Suites easy and free airport service, No long lines like at the other big name places. Service was friendly and fast. I would not rent my car anywhere else in LA. LAX airport area, When I returned my car, I only had an hour before my flight departure, so I ask for a drop off and they take me to my terminal in abut 10 minutes. all other big places never did that for me! the staff was nice and helpful price was really fair I am glad and happy with them When I'm in Los Angeles I will only rent from All States Car rental! more

next time I am in Los Angeles, CA and in need of car rentalI will surly rent from Global All State Car Rental. We rented a Luxury full siz SUV from Global All State Rent-A-Car in Los Angeles near the LAX airport and the SUV was new . We had lots of fun driving it to San Diego and Las Vegas, 22 inch Flat Screen TV- DVD worked beautifully and made our trip fantastic, they are open on Sunday too, they work with us and accept DEBIT card and really give us a good deal, service was good and helpful, suttle service to the airport was free and simple, I recommend this rental car company.
