I hold the certification of CNE (certified negotiation expert) as I believe that beyond locating properties, the ability in negotiating the best terms for my clients is critical.
In my second year of Real Estate I had the third highest sales volume in my company out of 130 agents in Florida. I have since moved to a smaller, family owned company and have sold properties ranging from under $100,000 to well over a million dollars, many on the waterfront from Clearwater Beach to Tierra Verde. I have regularly been a top producing agent having sold many millions of dollars.
I have spent over 25 years in marketing and helping people achieve their goals. I have completed many sales and business development courses over the years to hone my skills. I have been involved in Real Estate for almost 8 years now and am based out of Clearwater,Florida.
