Hanging my chandelier 7/7/2017

I just moved into a home in Old Palm Country Club and had a lot of work that needed to be done. I was most nervous about having my chandelier hung, however someone had recommended that I call Gardens Home Management and they were right. They did an excellent job and were extremely professional. This was my first time using them and I can't wait to use them again in the future. more

Hurricane Watch 7/3/2017

Chip and the team are very informative with their hurricane program. We get email alerts almost daily when a storm is announced and updates are made to the front page of their website. Highly recommend! more

summer maintenance 6/22/2017

Tia did an excellent job on putting together a summer maintenance proposal for me. She showed me things that I never would have thought needed to be fixed and what better time to do it then when I am not there. That makes complete sense. I wish I had people like Gardens Home Management to take care of my Cleveland house in the winter!! more

Hurricane Preparation 6/19/2017

GHMS has been taking care of my accordion shutters for a few years now. They are there weeks before a storm to make sure that everything is working properly from the locks, to the opening and closing of the shutters. Even though we have been quite fortunate with the hurricane season's lately they update me since I do not live locally. The best part is that after hurricane matthew they did a post hurricane inspection to make sure my home was okay without me even asking and sent me all the pictures! If you are looking for a company to take care of your accordion shutters I highly recommend Gardens Home Management Services. more

Homewatch Services 6/12/2017

Gardens Home Management has been doing homewatches for our family home for 3 years now. Over the weekend we had an emergency and they were there to take care of everything. They were on top of what needed to be done but most of all communicated with me every step of the way. I can't thank them enough for their emergency service and for everything that they do. I will be recommending you to all my neighbors who are snow birds as well! more

It's hard to find a reliable and licensed handyman worker. Gardens Home Management surely provides that. All their handyman have been out to my house and I have been more than satisfied with everyone. They recently performed a roof inspection and surely saved me from a future problem. Always There During Hurricane Season! 7/5/2016

You can always count on Gardens Home Management Services during hurricane season. Anytime there is a potential threat they are constantly communicating with you if you sign up for their hurricane watch program. I always know my outdoor furniture will be put away when there is a hurricane threat. Definitely recommend signing up for their hurricane services. more
