Merger of Prestige Homewatch & GHMS 4/10/2018

I have been a customer of Prestige Homewatch for 7 years and I was a bit nervous when we merged with GHMS. Even though GHMS is a big company, they make you feel like you are their number one customer. The attention to detail that they put into each homewatch has made me extremely happy. They seem to know what I am thinking before I even email Tia about what I want done. I am looking forward to seeing everything else that they have to offer. more

Rainy Season Preperation 4/2/2018

I just want to thank Chip and his team for always being on top of communicating with us and take the necessary precautions during all Florida seasons. We always get hit with a lot of rain throughout the summer months and we always are prepared because the GHMS will provide a roof inspection to make sure our roof is ready to weather any storm. Excellent Service, Excellent Communication and overall excellent company! more

Departure from Florida 3/27/2018

We just left our Florida home for season and I feel confident that GHMS will be taking care of my home like it is their own. They have already sent me an email letting me know that my home has been thoroughly checked and everything that I had asked is completed. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work. Tia always goes above and beyond what is expected of her to make sure that my wife and I are happy. more

Overall Service 3/5/2018

My wife and I own a condo unit in Orchid Reserve at Ibis,which we purchased in January of 2012. We have used Gardens for repairs and improvements since we bought it. They have done everything from tiling two bedroom floors to performing relatively minor repairs. I can’t say enough good things about Gardens. They are always there for us, and if their own workman can’t perform the work,they always find an outside contractor to get it done. We have always found their rates to be reasonable as well. We have rented our unit out on a full time basis since we bought it,and we live about 1300 miles away,so having Gardens constantly available to attend to repairs at the unit has been a great source of comfort to us. Also, when the unit was vacant between tenancies, Gardens did the home watch service for us very satisfactorily. more

I can always count on Chip and his teams constant communication. Between weekly emails, monthly newsletters and receiving my Home Watch reports, I am always in the know about new services and the upkeep of my home. Keep up the good work! more

GHMS Overview 2/19/2018

I have worked with Gardens Home Management Services for years, they have helped with both large and small jobs and I could not have managed my house without their expertise. The staff is superb and they have excellent resources for special jobs. Using the Home Watch Program has allowed me to travel worry free. The Hurricane Preparation Program is excellent. There isn’t anything they cannot do for your property. Chip, Tia, the entire staff are a phone call away. more

Gardens Home Management Services 2/13/2018

I just want to thank you for all of your hard work. After the acquisition with FEMS I did not know what to expect but GHMS has gone above and beyond to make everything right. We just did house cleaning for the first time & the house was the cleanest we have ever seen it! You did a great job keeping us up to date before, during and after the hurricane which I appreciate immensely. Tom always does such an excellent job on the work that he performs at our home. more

Selling of Home 2/5/2018

We just sold our home that Gardens Home Management has been managing in Boca for quite some time. We are sad to loose them but we know that if we decide to buy a home again, we will without a doubt use them again. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Whether it was from letting the realtor in, to setting up cleaning before each showing, to helping us move boxes and furniture to fixing items that were on the inspection report, I never had to worry about not being there because I knew that my home was in good hands. Thank you to Henry and his team for everything. more

Attic Inspection 1/30/2018

I always take Chip and the team up on his offer for attic inspections. Over the past few years Ive been lucky to come up with nothing in my attic but i did have a rodent problem a few years back during the colder months. I definitely recommend the attic inspection special when they offer it! more

I appreciate that Gardens Home Management was proactive when it came to the attic inspections due to cooler weather in South Florida. They were able to make sure that my house was protected from something I didn't even think of. They are always there to take care of my home and I appreciate all of their hard work. more

air conditioning 1/22/2018

When I received my homewatch report, it showed that our air conditioning unit was not working properly. Because we are not there, I was a bit worried about what was going on. However, before I could eve get in touch with Sydnee, she had called to let me know that she had already scheduled someone to come out and take a look. I could not have been happier knowing that my home is in the care of Gardens Home Management Services more

Christmas Vacation in Florida 1/15/2018

I was visiting our home in Delray Beach with my kids and grand kids over the Christmas Holiday and Henry could not have been more helpful. My grand kids had quite a few things that needed help being put together and he was able to arrange a time to come over and do everything for us. We had a plumbing issue as well when we were there and he took care of it all. Thank you! more
