welcome home bag 1/8/2018

I have been a customer of GHMS for quite some time now. This year, they put a "welcome bag" filled with water bottles, snacks, and some updated information for my arrival. It was an extremely sweet touch and just reminded me how whenever I am not home, GHMS is always taking care of my home. more

Starting The New Year Off Right 1/2/2018

I've been neglecting to get some projects done around the house but with the new year here I decided it was time to fulfill my New Years Resolutions. With the help of Chip and the Gardens Home Management Handyman team, I scheduled some handyman work to be done around the home and im happy to say its already been completed and im thrilled with the service and the work that has been completed. House Cleaning 12/18/2017

Jennifer has done an outstanding job with the weekly housekeeping. My house always feels clean & she makes sure that everything is done to my liking prior to her departure. Chip is very accommodating when I need to make changes to my schedule & need to add more days. I would highly recommend GHMS Housekeeping Services to all my friends & neighbors. more

FEMS & GHMS Merger 11/13/2017

I have been a customer of FEMS for 4 years now, and when they merged with Gardens Home Management Services I was a bit nervous. However, GHMS has exceeded all expectations. Whether it is their homewatch reports that they sent out weekly or their customer service, they have gone above and beyond to make sure that everything transitioned smoothly. I am extremely happy with this merger and could not have asked for a better home maintenance company to be taking care of my home. more

Tulsee Saved the Day 11/6/2017

Just a quick note to tell you that Mr. Tulsee really saved the day for me today. I shipped my car and I also packed stuff in it – including a painting. Well, when I put the painting in the back seat, the top was down on the car. When I put the top up to ship the car, the painting jammed against the top. Because of the awkward size, I wanted Don and Tulsee to take it out so I went to put the top down and the painting jammed in – really tight. Tulsee was able to get into the back seat and free the painting by gently pulling it forward – I have to tell you – this entire process took almost an hour. I actually thought I was going to have to have the car shipped to the dealer and I fully expected they would have to remove the top!! That would have been BIG $$$$$ !!! So – Kudos to Mr. Tulsee – we then tackled my long list of things to do – not sure what I would do without him!!! more

Gardens Home Management has done an excellent job at cleaning my house twice a week. They are trust worthy and I never have any worries about them being in my home when I am not there. They do an exceptional job and my house is always sparkling. more

Season Arrival 11/2/2017

The GHMS team always delivers when welcoming us back to our home. We left the house for the entire summer and coming back to a clean house is the best feeling. We were worried what it would look like after this years hurricane season but Chip and his team made sure the house was in excellent condition upon our arrival. They are the best in the business. Handyman Services 10/23/2017

Tulsee and Don were both at my home yesterday to fix some odds and ends. They were both extremely professional and did a great job while being extremely efficient. I would recommend GHMS for any type of work as they are a trust worthy company that is always here to help me with whatever it is I need. more

Window Washing 10/16/2017

I had requested that my interior & exterior windows be cleaned post hurricane irma & prior to my arrival. When I returned to Florida after being away for 6 months, my windows sparkled like they were brand new. Mark did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier with the end result! more

Arrival in Florida 10/9/2017

We just arrived in Florida after 6 months of being up north and my home is in impeccable shape. All of the pressure washing and window washing made a world of difference. The housekeeping has the inside of my home spotless. Peggy stocked my home with everything that had been on my grocery list. I can't thank you enough for taking care of my home like it was your own. more
