You can hear and smell everything from your neighbors, who are for the most part inconsiderate and loud at all hours of the night and morning (I can even hear my neighbor coughing). No one picks up after their pets, who use the bathroom even in the elevators, and security is poor, even though they make us swipe our cards to get into the lofts and into the buildings, they let anyone in, and the latch on the door to the building is always unlocked. It's close to downtown, that's the only good point about this place. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's overpriced for what you get in return.
