I bought a BRAND NEW trailer from Freedom RV in May (weekend before memorial day). We used it for memorial weekend and found several issues. We were somewhat warned that sometimes there are issues with travel trailers and if we find anything, just let them know and they will repair it. Well, we turned in the issues the week after memorial weekend - issues that make it not usable for us - and here we are in the middle of September still waiting for the issues to get fix. The only time I get updates is if I call and demand to be given an update. The service person is not friendly at all and he never checks his email. When he does email me, he says he will check on things, and then never gets back to me. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever had. EVER. more

Visiting in the area from Texas, attended their RV show and came away with a new motor coach, very pleased. They let us stay on location for five days while we moved our personal items from our fifth wheel over to our new home on wheels. Our salesmen were great and I can't say enough good stuff about their friendly and efficient technicians. Also a big thanks to Tara. Great job everyone. more

I had amazing service today from Amanda at the service desk, to Brandon & Rodney in the shop/yard. Those two men went the extra mile today to make sure my hitch was at the proper height. They even brought me a cold bottle of water while I waited (it's hot out!). Finally, Ryan Church, also in the service dept. spent a lot of time explaining in great detail the warranty work I'd had done. I felt listened to and satisfied that the service had been completed properly. My experience has been a great one. more

We were traveling from California to North Idaho in our Newmar motor coach, and the water pump to our household malfunctioned so we really needed help because we'd planned to dry camp in several locations. Freedom worked us into their service schedule for the coming week, and took care of the repair in one day. We took a day sightseeing in Spokane while the repairs were made, and were back on the road by the early afternoon. Freedom service folks treated us like family. more

We would like to express our appreciation for the reception and service we received at Spokane freedom RV. Travelling in the area we stopped and asked for a propane verification since we were afraid of a leak. They took us immediatedly and the service guy did a thorough verification crawling under our van, with a 90 F hot weather, in order to identify the problem and secure the rest of our trip. Special thanks to this service guy and the service manager for their courteous and kind attitude with foreign travelling. Dont hesitate to encourage this organisation. more

I would like to thank all the folks at Freedom RV. We bought a used motorhome in AZ. The key people we dealt with were Clinton Mock, Mike Mohondro and Shawn in finance, Bill in sales, Brian, Doug, Brandon and crew in service. Mike got us great financing and convinced us to include the warranty and tire package and we have already used both. We were told everything on the coach would work and they stood by that statement. When we took the coach to CA for some additional work we wanted done, we discovered an additional problem. Called Joe Lane and he resolved the situation right away. We were treated with professionalism and respect. It was the best buying experience we have ever had and we have purchased alot of vehicles over the years. Thanks to everone at Freedom RV. Not only did we get a new motorhome but made alot of new friends. more

We went to just look on Sunday. We found the perfect Rv. The salesman was fantastic. The finance manager was excellent, friendly, and informative. Bruno promised to bring our new rig out to make sure it fit on the pad before we bought and was prompt, courteous and helpful. The entire exprerience was stress free and without a bad moment. Very happy we went. This is our third RV purchase. Top notch company!!!! Thanks! more

As we were looking for a replacement for our Class C and hadn't been able to find just what we were looking for, we elected to take a look just to see if we could find a model we liked and then look elsewhere. Fortunately, this was not necessary. We were immediately greeted by Clint who was very personable. He assessed our needs and then took us to see what we wanted to see and not what he wanted to sell. He did a great job of showing us what we wanted and not what he thought he could ""upsell"" us into. Unfortunately, what we wanted wasn't in the price range we were looking but they didn't let that stop us. We met with the manager who provided us a no BS number that was well below asking. They even went as far as to secure us a deal from the RV show (3 weeks earlier) that helped us even more. They worked hard to earn our business and we walked away extremely happy customers! If you are needing an RV, I would highly recommend you go see Clint at Freedom RV. A straight shooter, works to get you the best deal (of course they had to make some money) and also takes care of you after the sale. Glad we went back for a second look. more

I walked in near closing on a Saturday night and told the gentlemen what I wasw looking for and what I could afford to pay. Joe Page showed me 4 trailers, all meeting my specifications. Since it was near closing time, I asked if I needed to put down a deposit and come back the next morning. No deposit was needed if I came back at opening. The next morning I showed up before the doors opened and we closed the deal. This was all very low pressure, and everything Joe promised he did. Jay handled the financing and he was able to get me a better rate than he originally indicated. Great experience!! more

I recently made my second purchase from Vince at Freedom RV. He patiently helped us find our first travel trailer a couple of years ago. He is friendly, intelligent, well spoken, very knowledgeable about his products and there's NEVER any pressure. The trailer he found for us was the right floor plan and well within the budget we set for our purchase. Our experience has been wonderful with Vince and the Service dept. Its been so wonderful we decided to go back to trade in our trailer and purchase a motorhome. Vince was so helpful again. We found the right motorhome at the right price. We have been to other dealers in this area; however, we were never treated as well by the others. My experience with the repair shop at Freedom RV in Liberty Lake did not go well. In May 2013 they replaced the axles, springs, and tires on my Brookstone Diamond edition fifth-wheel. My wife and I pulled it to TX and worked for 3 months from Oct until Jan 2014. On the way to Yuma in January the install job went to pieces; and we lost a wheel on the fifth-wheel. According to my Extended Warranty Company it was a faulty install job. When I contacted Freedom RV regarding the matter they claimed they did nothing wrong. I asked them a question: if you installed it properly then why did it fail in about 3000 miles? I have yet to have them answer that question. FYI: there were no lock-nuts or lock-washers on the U-bolts, and one of them fell off. This allowed the axle assembly to jam into the wheel until the nut holding the wheel onto the axle fell off. I would not recommend them for any repair job. more

I recently purchased my truck at FREEDOM RV. The buying experience was phenomenal. I shall never again visit a car or truck lot to purchase a truck. Salespeople in the RV industry are different-more friendly, professional and NO-PRESSURE! When you arrive, ask for Vinnie. He went out of his way to make sure we got the best price, lowest interest rates, and the truck was perfect when we went to pick it up. more
