My experience with the repair shop at Freedom RV in Liberty Lake did not go well. In May 2013 they replaced the axles, springs, and tires on my Brookstone Diamond edition fifth-wheel. My wife and I pulled it to TX and worked for 3 months from Oct until Jan 2014. On the way to Yuma in January the install job went to pieces; and we lost a wheel on the fifth-wheel. According to my Extended Warranty Company it was a faulty install job. When I contacted Freedom RV regarding the matter they claimed they did nothing wrong. I asked them a question: if you installed it properly then why did it fail in about 3000 miles? I have yet to have them answer that question. FYI: there were no lock-nuts or lock-washers on the U-bolts, and one of them fell off. This allowed the axle assembly to jam into the wheel until the nut holding the wheel onto the axle fell off. I would not recommend them for any repair job.
