Best

We are native Long Islanders, and this rivals the best pizza in the NY metro area (by the way, the best pizza on LI is Umberto's in New Hyde Park). Real mozzarella, great, fresh ...

Worst

This pizza is good. In fact, it's probably the best for this style. The only pizza better around here is Dewey's, and that's a whole different ballgame. But...order ahead and eat ...

NOT NY PIZZA 1/14/2012

YUK YUK YUK! This is NOT what NY pizza tastes like! Terrible sauce, tasteless crust and WAY TOO SALTY! You're better off ordering takeout chinese and you'd have a lower sodium content! I am from NJ and have eaten NJ/NY pizza all my life and this is nowhere near what I grew up eating. Sorry Fratelli's...keep trying. more

worst pizza I ever tasted - a rip off 4/11/2010

We ordered a New Yorker First - the crust = cardboard a medium pizza for $17.00 the pizza tasteless - there was barely any sauce, minimal cheese, and light toppings I will never order from them again and I'm surprised that they are still in business. I have eaten all types/styles of pizza and this was the worst. Cons: everything more

AMAZING!!! 3/2/2010

This is one of the best NY style pizza I have ever eaten!! I recommend this place to anyone who knows NY style pizza. more

Great Food/Not Friendly Service 7/23/2009

My husband and I ate there twice in one week. The food is very close to NY, Long Island style. There is only one draw back! The guys that work there need to brush up on customer friendly manners. While we we're eating our pizza; we could not help but hear them talking about boinking girls and who's hot and who's not. Just on, and on about doing it and girls. I ordered the eggplant Parmesan dinner, I was told it comes with spaghetti. It came with 3 pizza crust knots in stead. It wasn't worth it to ask why! I give it 3.5 stars from a real New Yorka kinda girl! Pros: Great Pizza Cons: The staff could be more friendly more

Best NY-Style Pizza in Cincinnati 7/2/2009

We are native Long Islanders, and this rivals the best pizza in the NY metro area (by the way, the best pizza on LI is Umberto's in New Hyde Park). Real mozzarella, great, fresh toppings. The owner is a great guy, and goes the extra mile to please. It's a big pie with olive oil on top...the crust is delicious...you will eat every bite. For those who grew up on the cardboard and ketchup concotions of the local chains...you may not like this. But, if you know and love REAL NY pizza..welcome home! No ambience, service in-house is slow...it's a pizza kitchen, not a restaurant! Take it home and enjoy! Pros: Pizza is made by NYers..it is excellent! Cons: Service and ambience...who cares??? Take it home!!! more

I like it 10/21/2008

This is not the greatest New York style pizza, but it is better pizza than most chains in Cincinnati. more

Good Pizza 10/12/2008

It's overall a good pizza. It's not the best, but good. The atmosphere is family friendly and clean-feeling. more

Good pizza--for take-out only. 10/10/2008

This pizza is good. In fact, it's probably the best for this style. The only pizza better around here is Dewey's, and that's a whole different ballgame. But...order ahead and eat your pizza at home. Don't let the tables and chairs fool ya; this is NOT a restaurant. Zero service. Someone will eventually bring your pizza, and might remember your drinks (served in plastic cups) You can have a plate, but it will be made of paper and you'll get it yourself from ""that table over there."". Three people were working. Two were completely oblivious to the customers and the third, who seemed to be in charge, was surly. This is a take-out joint. Nothing wrong with that really, but just so you know: you want to be inside this joint for as short a time as possible. Pros: Very tasty pie. Cons: Everything except the pizza itself. The worst experience I've had in years. Lesson learned. more

poor customer service, lost orders 11/3/2007

Lost our order two separate times. Manager was rude, said too bad both times we went to get our food. We had eaten their twice, and the food was good but service was poor also. Will not recommend because of their poor service. Pros: good food Cons: Bad service, common to forget orders and pretend your not there. more

Best Pizza in Cincinnati!!!!!! 2/24/2007

Fratelli's Pizza is the best pizza in the Cinci area! It reminds me of the Jersey Shore when my husband and I get the night out without the kids and get to scarf some awesome pizza made just for me! I only wish they's make one with fetta and spinach. To Die For!!!!! EAT THERE OFTEN! Pros: The food rocks! Cons: Hours of operation are slightly limiting for late night hunger pains and there's no delivery. more

Great pizza, Great service 11/3/2006

We had dinner here a few weeks ago. We had heard great things about the pizza here. The lady that took our order was helpful and kind and picked up on how it was our first visit. Later during the meal, she even stopped by to see if we had enjoyed our food. The food was sooo good. We really liked it here and will eat here again. Highly recommended! Pros: A fun, casual pizza place Cons: None at this time more

Best pizza anywhere!! 8/24/2006

I am so ecxited to have found a real pizzeria. I moved here from CT almost a year ago and the chian junk food pizza places are GROSS. This is the best pizza I have had in a while. Right up there with the pizza on Worcester St. in New Haven. Highly Recommend. A++++++ more

Three out of Four in our Household love it: 8/2/2006

Wife does not like it all that much. I think she is more of a deep dish kind of pizza lover. Kids and I love it. We think it is the best pizza in town and reasonably priced. Have gotten one pizza overcooked, but when it is done right, best pizza around (and we have tried them all).\r \r Worth trip from Mason at least once per month to go and order at least two larges. Ambience is OK, but usually we get them to go. We are very picky pizza people so for me to say anything complementary is good. more

Fantastic Pizza - By Far, the Best in the City!!!! 7/10/2006

The Crust is Thin, Crispy, and Flavorful!! The Sauce is so Great it Makes my Mouth Water, and the Cheeses are Authentic and Absolutely Delicious! It is the PERFECT PIZZA!!! It is so tasty you will even love it without any extra toppings. \r \r It is a kid freindly restaurant with Wonderful service. If it is possible - the price - (being around $10 for a 16 inch large) - makes it even better! Pros: great food, great service, great location more

Best Pizza in Cincinnati - Hands Down! WORTH THE TRIP!!!! 7/7/2006

Thin Mouth Watering Crust topped with THE Perfect Amount of Delicious Sauce and Cheese make this my all time favorite pizza in the city! Bonuses are that it is reasonably priced ($10.00 for a 16 inch Pizza), kid friendly, and right across the street for a very fun icecream shop - ""The Cone"". It is reminicent of the old time pizzerias on the boardwlak in NJ. Pros: great food, friendly service, kid friendly more

New York Style Pizza- Yeah for Cincinnati 3/29/2006

You'll just have to try it for yourself. You will be pleased with the thin crust and homemade sauces. It is a kid friendly place, they have coloring pages and fun things for the kids to do while they wait. Way to go Fratelli's glad your in West Chester! Keep up the good work. Pros: Good prices, Authentic NY pizza more

Best NY-Style Pizza in Ohio 3/2/2006

We are from Long Island, and FINALLY (after 30 years in Ohio) we have found a true- New York-style pizza. Big, dripping with olive oil, and full of cheese and true NY-Italian toppings (i.e. the sausage is prime, and sliced in strips, not crumbled or rounds)...this is the best we have tasted in Ohio. The best in the country, by the way, is Umberto's on Jericho turnpike in New Hyde Park, NY! If Fratellis's watched the oven temp a little closer (some of their pies are overcooked), they would come close to Umbertos. Service and ambience? C'mon, in New York the guys at Umberto's don't speak English! You can't eat service and ambience...I want a great pie! And Fratelli's is the best that we have tasted anywhere in the state! And, a great value...I was surprised at the low price. Pros: Authentic NY Pizza, Inexpensive, Delicious Cons: Need to deliver! more

Awesome Pizza! Dissapointing Service!! 2/27/2006

Agreed, it is one the best pizza places in town. However, I was disappointed with the service. Firstly, we waited about 30mins for our order (btw we were the only ones in the restaurant). Secondly, when the pizza finally came, they placed it on a flimsy unstable metal stand. ""Flimsy and unstable"" because half way thru our meal while picking up another slice, the entire pizza fell on the floor. Okay maybe part of it was my mistake cause I tried separating the slices, imagine that. Out of courtesy, I didn't leave it for the cleaner but picked it up myself and of course had to trash more than half. The people working there completely ignored what happened. Not that I want a free pizza, but hey at the very least they could have offered one especially since the pizza fell due to their unstable metal stand. Anyway, I digress. Pros: Great Food Cons: Dissapointing serivce, Unscheduled hours more

Maybe the second time. 11/9/2005

The pie was well done, nearly burnt and it was OK. I tried the All Meat ""Craiger"" and it was ok. I will try the ""New Yorker"" next before passing final judgment. Cons: Long hold time., No Amex more

Finally Real New York Pizza in Cincinnati!!! 7/24/2005

After Living in the East Coast for few years, I fell in love with their thin crust, hand tossed pizzas. Coming back to Cincinnati I craved and longed for the NY pizz taste but couldn't find anything. Finally I happened upon Fratelli's. Alas, this is not only New York style pizza, it is EXCELLENT New York style pizza. when they can do the basics, a plain cheese pizza to perfection, you know you have found your home. Honestly, I think I like Fratelli's pizza better then all the pizza places I tried in New York! Pros: taste, atmosphere, quick Cons: location, price more
