They went the extra mile to narrow down and fix the problem. 9/22/2011

I just had to run my car in to Fowler Toyota for the battery going bad, but it was very hard to determine that was the problem. They had to go the extra mile to let the car warm up, then sit on it for awhile, then go back and drive it again so they could experience what I did and narrow down the problem. It took a lot of extra time to let it do what it was doing with me, but it was the only way to find out that it was the battery going bad, especially because it was way to early for it that to happen. It seems to be working just fine now, so I'm very happy with that part of it. It was still under warranty too, so that was also good. more

I have purchased two cars from Fowler Toyota in the last calendar year--that's how good they are. When I first went in, they seemed to be the type of people that are very efficient. They cut to the chase, in a very businesslike and professional way. When I decided to buy a Toyota, I wanted to start in my home town. Fowler was the closest dealership to my home, so I tried them first. It quickly became clear that I didn't need to go anywhere else. The salesman I dealt with was very nice, very personable. It wasn't the typical car dealership experience. Give Fowler a shot, if you want a hassle-free experience buying a new car. It's a very quick process, because they make everything easy for you. I'm very satisfied with my vehicles. more

The service at Fowler Toyota is wonderful! First of all, we don't have to wait when we first get there. They pull you in, take the car in, and get the service guy. They are very polite, and they can't do enough for you. They have a nice waiting area if you have to wait. There was one time when they couldn't get it done that day, so they gave us a vehicle until it was done. They are always very nice, very courteous, and things like that. When you make the appointment, they hold the appointment. They can't do enough for you. more

What a breath of fresh air. After getting lied to at the other metro dealers (hudiburg, dub richardson and howard) I finally found my way to Norman and the great staff at fowler. PROS: entire staff CONS: none more

This dealer tries to keep you there as long as they can so they might talk you into buying their cars at a higher price you may want to offer at the first place. Other than that, I am satisfactory with this dealer, and their support after sale is not bad either. You would get coupons from them from time to time for car service. more

Very nice to deal with 11/3/2005

While looking for a new car we went down to norman to the mile of cars and we stopped by fowler toyota. The reception we received was a little over the top, and you got jumped as soon as you got out of your car, but the salesmen were pleasant and were nice to deal with. It's always painful to negotial price with them. Even when they are willing to sell a car at the price you offer, they will still let you go through the pain of negotiation. Tip: offer them a price and go home. They will call you. If you do not live close to their business, do not try to negotiate with them unless you have a lot of time. more
