Overall Fowler Toyota has been extremely helpful and very easy to deal with. In dealing with the maintenance and warranty on a vehicle I have found that the vehicle is only as good as the Dealership that makes the offer. more

With very few exceptions, Fowler Toyota's maintenance people are typcially excellent. Greatly appreciate their explanations & cautions about work done or needed. I appreciate being treated as a knowledgeable person about my car. Robert Nelson's customer service is exceptional and he has often gone above and beyond to assist. more

Satisfied. 2/28/2012

My overall experience with Fowler Toyota was pretty good. However there was one instance in which I was unsatisfied with their service. I noticed some problems with my car and brought it in to have it checked out. They checked it and couldn't come up with a correct diagnosis. I then brought my car back in for a second time and this time, the top mechanic checked it out and resolved all of my problems. The quality of the service they performed was excellent. more

We have used Fowler Toyota a number of times in the past. There is a fairly new sales person out there, named Dirk, and he was refreshing to work with. Fast and friendly service. 2/16/2012

I have always used Fowler Toyota's service department since I purchased my vehicle. They have always been friendly, quick and told me if there was going to be any delays. If there is any delay, they always offer me a loaner car. I do drive a hybrid so I don't like to go anywhere else. RESPONSE FROM Fowler Toyota: Thanks for your business!! more

Fowler Toyota has the best service I have ever seen. 2/9/2012

I take all my work down to Fowler Toyota. I give them a A+ in every area. I bought a Toyota Highlander from a different dealership and was told it would not need it's first oil change for 10,000 miles. Fowler pointed out to me that the engine in my new car should actually have the first oil change after 5,000 miles. They saved me a big headache when they pointed this out. I have not had such a good experience with any other car dealership before. I went car shopping because I had to. My car was dead as a doornail. I did not think I could afford a new car. I went to Fowler and the young man who helped me treated me like I was his mother. I did not feel rushed or pressured. I picked out the car and ended up with a lower payment than what I had been quoted because the finance guy did such a great job for me. They have free oil changes for the first two years and they clean my car out when I bring it in. You feel that you are being well taken care of and you can trust them. I have been doing business with Fowler Toyota for almost 15 years. I have bought 10 vehicles from them for myself and my family. I always get a good deal. If I have any out of the ordinary trouble, they go out of their way to help me. I am a loyal customer of theirs and they are loyal to me. The best car buying experience 11/12/2011

Other dealerships should take a page out of Fowler Toyota's book. From Jose my salesman to the Manager Jay and finally John in Finance I could not have been happier. No pressure, great environment and straight forward. No one tried to pull the wool over my eyes on any part of the deal. I probably could have gotten a little better deal but I was happy with what I got and don't mind paying a couple extra dollars. I called before I came and told them that any deal would be contingent on what they would give for my trade. They told me to ask for the manger as soon as I pull up and they will take care of me. That is just what they did, I had a trade offer w/in 20 minutes and had a truck picked out. I had to come back the next day due to other obligations. The next morning before I came back I was called and offered more for my trade w/o even haggling. This was something I never experienced and was surprised. Was this just my lucky day? Not sure, but I do hope everyone can enjoy the car buying experience like i did no matter the deal. more

The people at Fowler Toyota were just extremely friendly, patient, and helpful! They were just willing to work with and were overall wonderful to work with. Fowler Toyota sold me my car. They've done follow-up calls to see how I'm doing. The service has been excellent as well. I would recommend Fowler Toyota and say that they're helpful and not pushy. I think they honestly try to get you the best deal! more

Fowler Toyota is good. They are nothing but excellent, and that's the truth! All the employees that we've been dealing with have been wonderful. It was not even a year after getting the car that we had an accident, and they've just been excellent about it. more

I have purchased three vehicles from Fowler Toyota, and promoted the purchase of two others over more years than I care to think about. Their sales, service, and overall attitude have always been exceptional. I completely recommend the organization as a whole with special attention directed toward Mr. Henry Seigler who was and is a very positive advocate of the entire dealership. more

Excellent. 9/26/2011

Fowler Toyota has done a excellent job every time that I have gone in there. I have a Prius and I don't have much done except for oil changes. I haven't really had much else to go in there for except things like tires, brakes, batteries, and anything else like that. More than likely, if I did have something else to go in there for, I would let Fowler Toyota service my Prius. The service men are real courteous. When I pull in, they say they will be right with me and point out where to get coffee and snacks. Everything is nice and just really excellent, to me anyway, and that about sums it up. more
