Like Family 5/16/2014

This is my 2nd buying experience with Fowler Honda. From the salesman to the finance dept to the service dept, everyone treats you like a friend. Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere at the new facility. The new owner workshop is fun and very informational. I will definitely buy my next car here again and I highly recommend anyone to purchase a car at Fowler; you will not be disappointed. I bought a Honda Civic 2008. Although the car was in a good shape at first, some issues arose after the first month. Understandable. The service's guys were kind (this is the good part) but first I was told the problem was one, then another, and so on, and sadly the total cost kept raising (this is the bad part). This dealership is a JOKE! 12/21/2013

I went to fix my car. First I was told that it will be fixed next day. But it ended up 10 days to fix the car. The receptionist at the service department has no clue about courtesy and customer service. This dealer has NO professionalism, customer service, courtesy, and respect for the customer. air in tires 12/1/2013

I was in on Friday just to get air in my tires. One of the men on service drive said I could wait inside if I wanted and he would come get me when my car was ready (the drive was very full). As I was waiting two girls walked by that had on spandex pants/leggins/tights, at 1st I thought theywere customers until they started talking to all the other employee. I asked a male employee he said they work back in bdc. Everybody else I seen that day was dressed nice an appropriate except for those too I don't know what kind of dress code they have but they need to revamp it and not include the leggings tights pants whatever you call them nowadays they leave nothing to the imagination and make me uncomfortable. more

Ten stars!!! If you want a no-hassle experience, go to Fowler Honda, in Norman. Dallas, Travis, Steve S. and Kendra were fantastic. My mom and I bought two 2014 CR-V's that night. From test driving to out the door was barely three hours. And we LOVE our cars!! And EVERYONE I gave a mini drive to, LOVED my car! People can actually fit in the back row with room to spare!! The storage area is huge! Everyone at Fowler Honda is professional and they work to make your experience seamless and amazing! If you want excellent customer service, go to Fowler Honda. Our salesman Steve S. walked us through the whole process and answered EVERY question. We've called him since and he called right back with the answer. Kendra in Finance, thank you for making the most tedious part of the process EASY. No high pressure. Believe me, we visited many dealerships and test drove many cars. Fowler Honda is the only place for us!! When we narrowed our car choice to a Honda, Jeff Spears from Fowler Toyota connected us with Fowler Honda. A BIG thank you to Jeff Spears! My car always receives excellent service from Fowler Honda, and even the wait isn't unpleasant for me. On my last service visit I contacted one of the sales reps reference my interest in looking at other vehicles. Mr. Cave was personable and very knowledgeable about the vehicles in which I took a test "ride." I would be pleased at any time to recommend the great Fowler service provided before and after the sale! more

March 2013...Bought a New Honda Accord and a new Pilot 3/23/2013

Our experience with Fowler Honda started a little over 3 years ago when my wife and I bought a new 2010 Honda Accord. We were so happy with them and the car we decided one morning on our way in for an oil change we would just go ahead and trade in our 2010 for a new 2013... We checked with our salesman David Hardy(Great Guy)and quickly found just what we wanted,we closed and returned a few days later and I bought a new Honda Pilot... They are great people and treat customers with respect and appreciation. I am looking forward to 2016 or so to see what is new and exciting. Purchasing a new car at Fowler was a fun experience. 3/22/2013

Working with Cameron to buy a 2013 Honda Accord was a fun experience. Without a doubt, the most enjoyable new car purchase we have ever made. Ryan, in the Finance Department, sold us an Accord 3 years ago. Even though he has moved to Finance, he always recognizes us anytime we are in the dealership and makes us feel welcome. Tim and his crew, including Effrin, in the Service Department are second to none. Followup by Lee Ann made us feel very welcome to call or stop by any time we have questions. It's great to do business with people who make you feel good about spending lots of money. Everyone at Fowler has gone above and beyond to welcome us sto the Fowler "family".
