Florence Auto Body was very responsive and helpful. They got me in quick, and the work was done when it was supposed to be. It looked fine. It was my first time using them, and they did exactly what they said with minimum fuss. They were perfect for me. They do a very good job. They seemed to be both honest and forthright. It is important to get what you pay for, and they were very satisfactory in that regard. more

We have been using Florence Auto Body for 10 to 15 years as needed. We have taken quite a few of our cars there. We have always had a good response from them. They are more than happy to answer any of our questions and they will do all of the investigating for the insurance company if needed. They are very helpful. Things have turned out really well. Not only was the damage to my car repaired to perfect condition, but my car was also cleaned like new inside and out. On top of that the work was completed a full day ahead of schedule. We will definately take our cars to Florence Auto Body for any future repairs. All you need to do is look at their office and shop. We have used Florence Auto Body before, and my daughter and her two sons have used them as well. This is the second or third time we have used them. They have always been okay. The work is excellent, right on the nose, and they give me a ride home so that I don't have to wait for the car. I do have one comment, and that is that for a long time we thought they just did auto body work. Now we found that they do mechanical work too, it is just not advertised as much. There was a mechanical problem with my car and they fixed it. We have a 1983 Oldsmobile, and they found a part for it. They matched the part beautifully. It looks great and we have had a lot of compliments on it. I wouldn't be surprised if they even washed it. I don't think you could find anybody to give you better service. more

I have been using Florence Auto Body for 4 years and I have been very pleased with their service. They are very kind, courteous, honest, and they do a good job. Also, their prices are fair. I take my car to Florence Auto Body for 2 checkups a year and they do whatever needs to be done. I recommend them all of the time and everyone I have ever referred to them has been very satisfied. more
