Did a great repair job and paint-matching job on our Lincoln 2/25/2013

Everything I can say about Florence Auto Body is positive. I clipped my garage door frame on my bender, and they fixed my back fender after our Lincoln was hit in a parking lot. They fixed it completely and matched the paint. The car looks beautiful now, no complaints. more

Very poor work and week supervision 12/5/2012

Took my truck back, was told I would be charged to repair their poor work.Ray Charles could of done a better job.Can't and won't recommend this auto body shop to anyone again!!!Will also report poor work to my insurance co. more

my car had been rearended & they had to redo the bumper 5/25/2012

They always do an awesome job. I really like how they wash & vacuum the car. The only issue was it wasn't done on the day they said it would be. It wasn't their fault however, as the wrong part had been rec'd. more

It was an excellent experience with Florence Auto Body. They kept me informed using the internet. All in all I think my experience with them was outstanding. They went out of their way. I dropped a cell phone in their business and they made sure to get in contact with me and even drove the phone back to me. more

I would not think of taking my vehicle to any other body shop. 1/13/2012

I have recommended them already. They are a great bunch. Florence Auto Body is very thorough and persistent in getting things done right. In the last 6 years or so they have done about 4 or 5 jobs for us on 2 different vehicles. They have always been very fast in giving the bid, getting the parts and finishing the painting. Florence Body Shop is a great establishment they are good people that do professional work and quality work. They always do a great job, and work hard to meet there customers needs. Florence Auto Body Inc. is on your side! 5/23/2011

We have been very happy with Florence Auto Body. We've dealt with them twice when my daughter was rear-ended two different times. They are fast, and do a good job. We were in and out of there within a couple of days, it was great! They are great mediators too, taking care of talking to the insurance company, when the insurance company was dragging their feet and refusing to pay for all of the work Florence kept on them until they paid for all of the repairs necessary. Our experience was great! more

My new Kia Forte 2010 bumped another car, and got alittle ding on my bumper. 4/28/2011

I took my car to florence autobody, and got excellent care.I couldn't even tell it had a ding. The paint job was beautiful, and matched to a tea. Then I got in my car, and was surprised to see they had vacuumed the car out. It looked nice and new again, and the price was lower than the others I priced. Thank You so much, Lynda more

We dropped our car off at Florence Auto Body and they took care of the rest. They were very nice and helpful, and helped us get the rental car. They did an awesome job and our car was even done ahead of schedule. We were very happy with the results. more

I have gone to Florence Auto Body for about 3 years now. I just show up in the morning, tell them what is wrong, and they take a look right away. They are very customer-oriented. And, I have never had any problems with their work. I have never had to take anything back because something was not done right. more
