New owner was very knowledgable and extremely patient with our indecision as we waffled back & forth on different colors and grades of carpet. We compared price and quality and found that we couldn't get a better deal anywhere else. Also, the installers were very professional, polite, and meticulous in their work. We recarpeted the entire house, with the exception of the family room, and couldn't be happier with the quality, the price, or the installation. Pros: Excellent customer service more

I did call them some time back to do some work for me. I thought it was pretty high ($350) (but what do I know) so I called a guy whose busn card I saw. He actually did the work for only $200. He did excellent work!! He has done more work since I first found him & has been great every time! See his reviews for ( can I say this here??) Extract Away Carpet Service 503-640-6311. After three months our floors / contract with this company is still not complete. We are in the process of filing complaints with thebbb and the CCB due to lack of customer service, poor - non-industry standard - installations, and low-quality materials when paid high-end prices. The owner takes no responsibility or is the tinest bit remorseful about our horrid experience. Save yourself the trouble - go to Lowes or Home Depot - they may cost a few hundred more, but they stand behind their work vs. do a bad job and take it personal when you insist on good work. A remarkably unprofessional organization. The only positive experience was one of their salespersons who actually seemed to care though had no authority to help. Pros: One salesperson tried her best to help, but she had no authority although did her best to reassure us - it was her boss and contractors who let us down time and time again. Cons: Try to get us to accept non-industry standard installation, poor quality material, intimidating tactics more
