New owner was very knowledgable and extremely patient with our indecision as we waffled back & forth on different colors and grades of carpet. We compared price and quality and found that we couldn't get a better deal anywhere else. Also, the installers were very professional, polite, and meticulous in their work. We recarpeted the entire house, with the exception of the family room, and couldn't be happier with the quality, the price, or the installation.
