Review content:
After three months our floors / contract with this company is still not complete. We are in the process of filing complaints with thebbb and the CCB due to lack of customer service, poor - non-industry standard - installations, and low-quality materials when paid high-end prices. The owner takes no responsibility or is the tinest bit remorseful about our horrid experience. Save yourself the trouble - go to Lowes or Home Depot - they may cost a few hundred more, but they stand behind their work vs. do a bad job and take it personal when you insist on good work. A remarkably unprofessional organization. The only positive experience was one of their salespersons who actually seemed to care though had no authority to help.
Pros: One salesperson tried her best to help, but she had no authority although did her best to reassure us - it was her boss and contractors who let us down time and time again.
Cons: Try to get us to accept non-industry standard installation, poor quality material, intimidating tactics
