Upon ariving at fleming's, the friendly hostess greeted us and we were promptly shown to our table, which was located next to the window. The dim lit dining room made reading the menu somewhat challenging, yet the ambiance was certainly first class. The dining room acoustics were just right, not too loud or too quiet. The wine list, certainly pricey, offer a great variety of whites and reds, and our waiter was quite helpful in choosing a bottle. The food was very good, each of us ordering a different steak, while sharing common side dishes. Each steak was tender and cooked exactly how we wanted them, and not lacking any flavor. The only downside of the evening was the desert, creme brulee, which had a texture lacking the appropriate creaminess.
