They have been through so many different managements. This year Canyon View Properties came in and so many upgrades and changes have been made. The women in the office are very honest and friendly people to talk to. The outside office staff are pretty diligent about fixing things and keeping the property looking decent. Pest Control has been reinforced to the full degree. Clean people don't have to worry about bugs here. Security rides by every so often to check up on any suspicious activity during the evening. I'm looking forward to the new management and new apartments! more

The outside is beautiful and this is good if thats where you want to live, I just happen to live on the inside. Don't let these people show you one apartment and move you into another. If you like night action , we have drivebys for your entertainment, fights and theif's from your cars. That's night live. Now on to the inside apartment you have bugs to entertain you, mold to make you sick, bad electric plugs and from time to time appliances that have been spray painted to make them look new and just for good measure you have leaks in the ceiling. The health department or codes needs to come but they will not....Are They Paying the City to look the other way?? this property is the last chance to live anywhere property. When you call you get this wonderful message but it doesnt say we have drivebys, bugs, holes in your apartment and no maintaince help, MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK OR IF YOU LIKE NIGHT LIFE. more
