I've had FlashFixers repair an external hard drive and two laptops. They have been very attentive to detail and they have fast turnaround. They are always willing to call me and give me status updates. They have quality service. They did very high end repair work and my computers and hard drive have always come back in great shape. more

I have to say this was one of the best customer service experiences I had ever had. I called after hours "way after hours" and got a gentleman on the phone that was very helpful. There was not underlying tones that you would expect when calling someone late. He responded with an email very quickly after our phone conversation with my solution. Thanks for helping when I was in a dire situation with my data. more

I am a happy mom today because your company was able to undo a mistake I made myself. Believing I chose a disk to go with my index prints at Walgreens, I had already deleted ALL my pictures which included Thanksgiving while my son was home. I must say the employee could tell I was visibly upset and tried to retrieve the data there from their store. By the time we got home and I had already cried an ocean's worth of tears, our home phone was ringing and it was Walgreen's! The same employee called us and explained to us that her manager told her to ask if we were willing to send our memory chip out to your company to see if you could retrieve the data. She explained the price depending on the amount of pictures that would be retrieved. I was only to happy to jump at the chance! Sure enough 2 weeks later, the same employee called to let me know my pictures were recovered. I don't know who was more elated, her or me! I must say that I never knew your company was affiliated with all Walgreen's in the United States and these services were available. I promise you I will HAPPILY and WHOLEHEARTEDLY let everyone know about your services. All was not lost. I'm a lot more careful now not to delete BEFORE I check to see I have a disk with my pictures saved. My iPhone was broken and the Apple store told me I would have to replace it. I had not backed it up and did not want to lose my data. I did some research online and found FlashFixer. After reading through their website, I called them and they quoted me a very decent price. They explained that they would have to look at the device to determine what course of action to take. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They fixed my phone and replaced the USB port, so I did not lose my photos or videos. more

This is a terrific program which I have recommended to many other photographers. I am a location photographer and a few times I have mistakenly formatted a CF Card with "live" images on it. I am very impressed with the knowledge and expertise of the service and keep your address in my computer book for future reference. First I thought I would need a completely new hard drive, according to the "Geek Squad", but apparently it was a matter of not booting up and you were able to solve that problem. My computer crashed on Christmas Day. I called FlashFixers the next day, and the owner of the company came down and evaluated my system right there. They had to pull the motherboard and a hard drive and replace them. They recommended what I needed to do for my system, and did it in a professional and timely manner. more
