I have not had such horrible service in Tulsa. I dropped off a PSP to get fixed for not reading disks. The employee stated no problem we can get this fixed. A few days go by and we start to call to get an update because they failed to let us know anything. They replaced the drive but broke another piece on the machine. (No problem understandable)
I was told it will be a day or two to get replaced. Three days go by, I call to get an update, the part never came in they are still waiting. I continued to call back for the next week and half to hear that everything has been replaced then the screen doesn't work. Again I understand things break...How long before fixed, a day.
I call back a day later, wrong screen, need to order a new one. Waiting 3 days called back no screen yet. Was told it would in and fixed by monday, called monday the tech is off today, manager is off today, meanwhile no part delivered per the other employee.
Horrible service. I wouldnt mind it taking three weeks if you said it would take three weeks. No calls on updates, no information provided, no customer service period. I asked about a refund, employee didnt know need to talk to the manager (guess what is off today and not sure when he will be in tomorrow) Last time for any business from anyone I talk to
