I am so happy to find Fitrx 3/17/2011

I can't tell you how much I appreciate this place. They helped me gain my self respect again. I used food as an escape and they taught me a healthier way to cahnnel my emotions. I now exercise regularly and I'm eatign healthier thanever and I feel great. Thank you FitRx! more

weight Problem 2/28/2011

I've always had a hard time controlling myself around food. It's hard for me to monitor myself because I can't stop eating. I know that if I need to lose weight I need help in the beginning. A friend recommended FitRx. They said they are the perfect weight loss camp for me, from learning about eating healthy food and weight training with professional trainers. After finishing my weight loss program with them, I came out a different person. I'm running in 10K races and my goal is to run a marathon by next year. I'm working out everyday and eating healthy food thanks to Fit-Rx. They have helped me to put my life back on track. more

weight Loss 2/25/2011

I was having weight loss problems until I registered to go to FitRx camp. It?s really good weight loss program, they have professional trainers and there are people monitoring on our weight weekly to check on our progress. The training facilities it really good and the training program is the best part, because they always specialize make and interesting training session. more
