Good: The trainers are excellent.. Bad: The owner is in transition there are no systems in place, the food is catered in from whole foods. This is not meeting my expectations. Poor customer service on the owners part, he is doing the bare minimum . He wants to cater to high end customers and does not provide high end service.. Improvements: I would like to see a chef that prepares the meal while we are in the kitchen observing and the chef explaining how to cook healthy.. Other: The website does not do a great job of detailing that this is not a retreat. We are transported from one facility to the next. The overall goal is for the owner to have on campus. In time and with systems in place it might improve. I dislike when there are constant changes it shows instability..
