great place 1/27/2012

I recently moved to the area & was looking for an Aveda salon closer to new place. I picked it due to all great reviews. I had my first appointment there & everyone was both very friendly yet still professional. We talked first about what I was looking for & how I usually handle my hair. This is important for me as wash hair with shower every morning & like an easy to care for style. I am very happy with my hair & plan on returning there. more

I love First Impressions! Nikki is a great hairdresser - always adds the right amount of creativity. Mukhta is a wonderful esthetician. What I love is that everyone here is welcoming and cares about the work they do. more

I love this place and the people who take care of me here are so pleasant and kind. I highly recommend this salon and Niki. She listens to what I am wanting which is good since I change my color every month. People stop me at work to ask where I get my hair done. more

i went to the spa and i had a facial the employees were super nice and offered me a drink and then the massage and facial was one word omg its felt good and relaxing and now my face is soo smooth and clean will go again very soon. more

Totally thrilled 11/13/2011

First visit at First Impressions. Of course, a bit concerned switching hairdressers. The building is warm and welcoming, and you quickly feel comfortable. Nicky was excellent. She listened to everything I said and then did a cut that I love! She took the time to show me how to best blow dry it. And, she was very knowledgeable about the products...not in a salesy way, but explaining how the products are made and which would work better for me than others. Absolutely going back! more
