Guy who runs this place, Jay Peloquin, is so rude, arrogant, and narcissistic I don't know how he's still in business or working there! Avoid this place.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER 7/23/2010

My brand new fireplace insert was installed improperly by the so called experts, they refused to come back and the OWNER of the store told me ""if you do not like how i run my bisiness get the f**k out of my store"". So I did and called someone else which corrected their mistake and charged me only $50.00 BEWARE Pros: Good Stove Cons: Fireside design does not back up their service. more

Fireside Designs does not have any records of anyone making a purchase by the name of RYAN COLE OR HAROLD REID ! These inflammatory and derogatory statements are a deliberate attempt of internet harassment and bullying without accountability of the person making these accusations. They hide behind fictitious names. We do not speak to our clients in this manner. We gladly and willingly service what we sell. If we make an error, we make it right at no extra charge to the customer no matter what the issue is. Pros: WE TRY AND DO OUR BEST. Cons: AT TIMES WE MAKE ERRORS. more
