My best friend and her husband went to Finishing Touch for a Couples Massage for Valentine's Day. After their experience, they returned raving to me about the cleanliness, the great customer service, and the great massages they recieved. --
I'd be having a LOT of trouble finding a great nail salon that could do my nails they way i LOVE them (I admit I'm picky, but I do try to give the technician detailed descriptions of what I want). Well, I walked in off the street hoping by chance they had an opening for a rebase - and they did! --
I have to start out by saying my nails were a MESS. Three were chipped or broken, one was completely off, and they hadn't been filled in about 4 week. The lovely Meaghan came over to get me from the waiting area and got right to work. She was extremely skilled in her trade. She was also VERY friendly, we got to talking about myself and herself & it was a very enjoyable experience. After my nails were done, Meaghan gave me a full tour of the entire salon and gave me tips for "new customer" specials so I could get the most out of being a new customer. --
Three weeks later my nails still look flawless (I actually got a compliment from a sales clerk at another store the other day asking if I had just gotten them done because they looked great). I am looking forward to calling the salon tomorrow to make an appointment to get another rebase and eyebrow waxing before I head off for Spring Break. --
I encourage everyone to discount the negative posts on here and try it for yourself. I admit, the shopping center has a bit of a scary outside appearance but the inside is very clean, big, and lovely. The front desk staff was very nice, despite others on here saying they were rude. I am so glad that I found Finishing Touch, and Meaghan in particuar. I will never go to another nail techinician again! --
