Excellent quality and service!! 2/4/2014

We really enjoyed our sales person. Sad that he is no longer there. Very down to earth and not pushy! I felt impressed that they had our best interest up front. Since our purchase I really love the emails received to inform me of any car diagnostics and tampering alerts!! Really love that! The car is amazing!! So far I feel that Findlay Dealership and Hyundai are honest and their vehicles are of a fine quality and craftsmanship. We just made our purchase in November of 2013. We look forward to a great partnership with them. more

This is the first placce I've been in a very long time where the people were attentive to me. Their #1 goal was to identify and do exactly what I wanted while explaining what was going on and what was to be expected. This is just good old fashioned "CUSTOMER SERVICE"... a lost art which the folks at Findlay seem to have resurected and mastered. All work was accomplished correctly, professionally and in a timely maner. I was very pleased with my visit. Because of it, they have a new full time customer... even though they are 30 miles out of my way. John L. more

Outstanding customer service 10/23/2013

This service staff is the best I have ever encountered at a dealership. Jen the service manager is totally outstanding in both professionalism and customer service. I am always treated so well at Findlay Hyundai it is worth the drive from Spokane to Post Falls to get my Hyundai taken care of by them. more
