This is the first placce I've been in a very long time where the people were attentive to me. Their #1 goal was to identify and do exactly what I wanted while explaining what was going on and what was to be expected. This is just good old fashioned "CUSTOMER SERVICE"... a lost art which the folks at Findlay seem to have resurected and mastered. All work was accomplished correctly, professionally and in a timely maner. I was very pleased with my visit. Because of it, they have a new full time customer... even though they are 30 miles out of my way.
