Fin N Bone served their very first brunch Easter Sunday. This was not beginner's luck but superbly planned and executed. Fare included fresh fruit, salad greens, pastries galore, Eggs Benedict, salmon, Alaskan king crab legs, chicken, sausage, potatoes, an omelet bar, prime rib, cheeses, waffles, biscuits and gravy, and juice/coffee/tea. Everything was excellently prepared and tasted great! The ambience is open, service friendly and the experience rivals the brunch at Salty's on Alki. Fin N Bone had everything except oysters, but the food they served and the helpful staff in a wonderfully renovated space made for an exquisite dining experience!
Pros: Friendly Staff, Plenty of Parking, Great Food
Cons: A little far (Renton)
