Friendly, gentle, and professional 11/26/2008

I never write reviews, but upon cruising the internet, I found my dental office and saw that it received a bad review and just could not sit still. I have been a patient at Dr. Field's office for many years and have recommended him to everyone that has asked for a dentis (and they have been pleased:-). Dr. Field is by far the most gentle and professional dentist I have ever had. He is always cheerful and always gives his patients the time and professional treatment. Avoid this dentist at all costs 4/25/2008

Dr. Fields worked on my wife's tooth and told her she needed a cavity filled. We did that and paid $400 for the service. Her tooth continued to hurt and she went in again only to have them say they made a mistake and she needed a crown which would be another $900. When we offered to pay for that work they refused saying it had to go through our insurance pre-approval which would take 30 days. Even though we offered to pay for it ourselves they refused to even make an appointment. When I called and told them they would loose two patients they said ""Find another dentist we don't care."" Clearly they don't. Pros: Reasonable work done, with mistakes though Cons: Wouldn't take care of the problem they caused more

The Best Dentists I've Ever Had 5/20/2002

Eugene and Victoria Fields are a husband and wife dental team that has made me feel relaxed about going to the dentist. The entire staff seems happy and is always friendly. Make sure to ask for either Eugene or Victoria. Each time I have had one of them, whether it was for bridgework, a cleaning or extraction, they've always made me feel comfortable. They recently helped me find interest-free financing for bridgework not covered by my insurance. They take absolute pleasure in improving and creating smiles. I couldn't recommend them more.
