I received confirmation calls for appointment, arrived on time, and finished the job in about 2 1/2 hours. Will recommend when ever I hear the word "WaterHeater" :-) more

Star 5, great service 3/29/2011

We had a leak in our new water heater put in by someone else that same day and on the same night at 11:30 pm we found a leak and call them and by 12:30 am they were there to fix it. We live in Livermore,Ca We were very happy with how quick they came and fix it for us. M.M. more

Fast and great water heaters 3/24/2011

I went thru home depot and they referred me to fast water heater company. When Don R, the technician came over he showed me the services and equipment that would be installed. After about an hour and a half, Don had everything completed, cleaned up, and even got rid of my old water heater. Great company I would recommend to anyone!!! more

We recently had to replace our water heater of 20 years. Searched arounf the locoal stores and Home Depot was the best option and they installed. Called the 1 800 number was was put in touch with Fast Water Heaters. The people on the phone were friendly and helpful in determining what I needed. They gave me a window of time and the tech was there within that time frame. He was professional and did not try to hard sell anything but did point out that according to current codes we were sadly behind. Install went well and we are pleased. Will recommend Fast Water Heaters to our Homeowners Association as a recommened vendor to replace any others that might come up. Thank you more

FAST Water Heater Company certainly provides fast service. I had a leaking water tank on Christmas Day. I called them the next day and they were there to fix it right away. more

The installers, George and Benito, were very knowledgeable. They successfully installed the water heater in the right time frame. They cleaned up after themselves. They explained to us how it all worked. We were pleased with the experience. They were nice people. more

The person who came to my home from "Fast Water Heater Company which is associated with Home Depot, to replace my old water heater was very detailed in explaining to me the complete process of what would be involved in the job of putting my new water heater he also gave me a detail line by line cost for everything involved in the actual work so i could make my decision based on the facts. I'm highly pleased with the job and would recommend Fast Water Heater Co. to others. more

The most efficient 8/2/2010

When I found out that my water heater was leaking I called around to get estimates on replacements. I had the model and make of the existing water heater and the opening and size of the enclosure. Many of the estimates did not give me options of different water heaters along with information on the water heaters that qualify for the PG&E rebates. The only company that gave me the information I required along with a selection of water heaters was Fast Water Heater Company. I selected this company to do the work. They arrived on time covered all of the paperwork and confirmed the estimate prior to replacing the water heater. He then covered all of the tasks he completed to meet the current code. The technician was fast efficient and left the area very clean. I would recommend this company to anyone. more

Water Heater Replacement 7/19/2010

I called Home Depot about our problem with the water heater in Alameda. They refered us to Fast Water Heater Co. The service person came the next day. The service man, Lorenzo "Larry" Bernardez was professional and also very personable. He explained our needs in detail. After agreeing to the list of repairs, Larry took care of everything within 2 hours. The new water heater was installed, the work looked clean and professionally done and everything was brought up to code. The old water heater was hauled away. We were happy with Larry and his work.
