I called Home Depot about our problem with the water heater in Alameda. They refered us to Fast Water Heater Co. The service person came the next day. The service man, Lorenzo "Larry" Bernardez was professional and also very personable. He explained our needs in detail. After agreeing to the list of repairs, Larry took care of everything within 2 hours. The new water heater was installed, the work looked clean and professionally done and everything was brought up to code. The old water heater was hauled away. We were happy with Larry and his work.
