Falcon Termite & Pest Control is absolutely fantastic! While on vacation in Orlando I discovered my hotel room had bed bugs and while my friend and I were able to move to a different hotel, we were very concerned we would inadvertently bring the bed bugs home with us. While we washed and dried all of our clothes (heat kills all life stages of bed bugs), my father called around from home to find a pest control company that could help ensure our belongings were pest-free. Thankfully, he came across Falcon and passed along their information. more

After speaking with Louis, the owner, about our bed bug situation, he arranged for Scott, one of the technicians, to come out early that afternoon to inspect all of our belongings for signs of bed bugs. Scott did a thorough job inspecting our belongings and our new hotel room for signs of bugs and treated our luggage and shoes with steam as a precaution against any stowaway bed bugs. Most importantly, Scott's inspection and treatments provided us with peace of mind that we were bed bug free so we were able to enjoy the remainder of our vacation. more
