Service varied immensely depending on the technician 8/20/2005

We used Falcon for a while, the previous owners of our home had had a termite system installed. Falcon sent a technician out monthly to monitor the termite stations and do treatments as needed. Some months, the service was excellent. The tech would be careful to inspect every station, and would be sure to let me know exactly where things stood. Other months, we would get a careless technician who would skip over some of the stations and wouldn't even stop to tell me what the status of things were. The disparity in quality of service would make us question ever using Falcon's services again in the future. more
