Falafel Bistro is by far the most incredible restaurant in coral springs. The food is fresh and delicious and the owners are friendly, warm, and inviting. The menu is diverse and the service is great! We eat there at least once a week. If you haven't checked this place out, you are truly missing out!! more

I love this place! The owners are great! They are dedicated to serving quality food! Ecery dish is delicious, you can not go wrong. My favorite is the Bistro Salad with some grilled tofu on top. Yum, Yum! Great family place and it's also a great hang out at night. Live bands some nights, DJ'ed music. Healthy, light, tastey food and drinks!! more

We just came from FB. The food was fabulous, we liked everything especially the cheese bourekas. I can't wait to go again. Wait staff was kinda slow, but the place was packed for a Thursday night. more

I go into each new restaurant with an open mind to all aspects: ambiance, hospitality, and of course the food. This place has it all. I am Italian and I love food, but not just Italian, all food. But for some reason I have never had the Mediterranean cuisine that this place served so I felt like I was reading the menu in a different language. What sets this place apart is that the owner, Ilan, actually came to our table without even asking and helped us with our selection. I wouldve taken FOREVER without a suggestion, especially from the owner. And what I liked the most is he didn't just spit out the most expensive dish, he gave me his honest answer. The falafels, amazing. The rib eye dish, tender, juicy and flavorful.\r \r But lets not forget about Lauren (the owners wife) who I cannot say enough good things about. She made us feel like a local regular even though it was our first time visiting. If it wasn't so busy I wish I could've offered to have her sit down and have a glass of wine with us. She was a great conversationalist, but I knew she had to get to her other guests.\r \r So not only is the food good, but the service is top notch, and the owners are on the floor and not absent. This was my first time there, and it most certainly will not be my last. Thank you Ilan and Lauren. more

We'd been wanting to try it after getting back recently from a trip out of the country. We cannot stand corporate restaurants. It seems like America has strapped on a feed bag and is happy to be coraled through their meal experiences these days. We really want to patronize and support our GOOD local small restaurants in and around Coral Springs and have adventures together while finding them....................will appreciate any suggestions!\r \r So as the previous reviewer stated - I will now CRAVE their food. The owner is so awesome - he loves his ingredients, he loves to cook and come up with new things and ways to make ingredients work. You can just see his passion - he cares what comes out of that window EVERY time which is VERY rare in my opinion these days. I think his name was Elan (aplogies if I spelled that wrong). \r \r My boyfriend had the falafel sandwich - he lived in Manhattan, has been to the middle east and said "It's as good as any falafel I've ever had" - it was fresh and delicious.\r \r I had the ground Angus steak and rice and with it came the best hummus I've ever had along with an Israeli salad and pita that was like a lovely little pillow. The Pitas - oh the Pitas! Yum. The Angus steak was just simply that - a patty with seasonings and you could just taste how fresh it was. I know I keep going on but I just didn't think restaurants like this were still surviving. This place should be packed every night of the week.\r \r I've seen people mention it's a little pricey for lunch - let me ask you - would you rather pay $8 and shove McDonalds in your face or spend $15 and enjoy fresh ingredients purchased from a man who loves to make your food and has passion about it? \r \r The owner brought us over a little sampling of soups he'd made that day - FRESH - and they kicked ass - split pea, chicken vegetable and a mushroom beef barley. He makes fresh soups every single day! You can search Facebook for Falafel Bistro and get added on - he posts every day what soups he makes - how cool is that?\r \r For desert we had the Nutella crepes - Now let me tell you I don't get excited about Nutella or crepes really - It was the way he described those flakey, hot lovely little crepes made me say "what the heck" - let me just tell you it WAS one of the single best dessert moments of my life - in this little cute wine bistro nestled in Coral Springs. The crepe was hot, flaky like no crepe I've ever tasted and it magically transformed the way the Nutella blended together. Served with a little side of ice cream. Heavenly! I mean seriously you must try it once.\r \r We have found our new spot for sure - in the evening it's a nice little trendy wine bar with dim lighting and the owner played great music - he sat with us and discussed his love for food and it was just such a great experience.\r \r Anyone who walks out of that place unsatisfied or unhappy is just not a person who can be pleased or who enjoys good food & an owner who genuinely cares about his guests.\r \r Falafel Bistro - We LOVE you - this is our new "place"! more

At first when we walked in, we felt it was a little dark, but the people inside were very nice and friendly. It was our 1st time there and the hostess and owner of the restaurant were very friendly and kind. We split the Mediterranean dinner and the chef gave us a complimentary tasting of the 2 soups that they carried that night. The soups were excellent and we ended up getting a bowl each. I can't remember the names of the soups, but I know I enjoyed the lentil soup the most. The dish was perfect for sharing and we had plenty leftover especially since we ordered a bowl of soup each! The entree was good and filling. Oftentimes, falafel can be very greasy--but this falafel was crispy on the outside, hot and flavorful on the inside. We ended the meal with a nice tasty piece of baklava and pleasant conversation with the owner and waitress. We picked this restaurant based on being one of the Top 5 casual urbanspoon restaurants to try. I plan on going back and have already recommended it to friends. Price range is $10-20/ entree. more

If you love Hummus like I do, you'll go crazy over their home made hummus! Absolutely heavenly! Their salads and sandwiches are the best in town as well! It's always so nice to sit and relax with a glass of wine over dinner with friends. Atmosphere is warm and friendly! I catered a party recently from them and they gave us more than enough of everything! Extremely satisfied!!\r \r -Sandi (Parkland) more

I moved here form Laguna a month ago and finally after getting out from under boxes got out of the house! I found this place. Actually I found their other location first - "The Grill" where I was happy with their falafel hummus pita! My husband is in love with their shawarma. As a vegetarian however this place is my new rendezvous! It's so good, so fresh, so friendly, great wine, and great live music. I guarantee you will love it as much as me! more

Great find! As a vegetarian new to the area from California... I enjoyed the falafel hummus which was fantastic !!! I mean really fantastic!!! My husband on the other hand who is an avid meat eater has been 7 times in 2 weeks...\r The shawarma is better than he has had anywhere in Florida. After I completely fell in love with this place I find out that they have a bigger vegetarian location a mile away, with a wine bar. Life is great once again! more
