Worst customer service 11/2/2009

I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. I got the impression that my being there was a huge inconvenience. I went in with pricing questions and to order some business cards. The man who helped me was very nice but he could not answer all of my questions. When he asked the other employee (I believe he was a manager) how to answer my questions and how to place my order the ""manager"" gave me vague answers and walked away. He dealt with all the other customers this way. He was very short and treated us like we were all stupid. Later my husband went in to pick up the business cards and he got treated the same way. The man who helped him was very rude and even rolled his eyes at him after he quickly corrected himself when he gave the wrong name the order was under. We have both decided that we are no longer taking our business to Kinkos/FedEx, we will now go across the road to Staples for our printing needs. Cons: I guess they don't want business more

10 years of poor service and poor management is a disgrace. 6/8/2008

For nearly 10 years we have tried not to use this location. It is very close to our home and business. Unfortunately, about twice a year we are forced to go to the Kinko's in downtown La Jolla. \r \r The management deliberatly keeps this location understaffed. The clerks at the desk are generally over-stressed and under-trained. The turnover is high. The wait is interminable. \r \r This location is a disgrace to the Kinko's corporation, and to La Jolla. more

Only if you are desperate 10/19/2006

This place constantly has new management. The employees are generally extremely surely and strange. The service is SLOW SLOW SLOW expect more than 15 mintues waiting in line to pick up your order. If you need to make copies and don't have to deal with employees ok. And, they Isn't there some sort of standardized training they can put their employees through? I use them only because I am desperate at times. But the teeth grinding frustration they put me through is agonizing. Sometimes if my order is correct and I get to wait less than a half hour for it in line at the store, it is a real thrill and unexpected. And for FexEx delivery service, the pick-ups are before the last time they post. The employees are so slow that you will miss the pick -up time and they don't care if you miss it. PROS: You can make expensive copies any time of day CONS: Too many to count--AVOID!!! more

mediocre service 7/27/2005

Service was cordial but not friendly. fax pricing seemed high and took some time to process. customer service was definintely not up to par, as i stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes while the employees looked on and busied themselves with other duties. more

A good palce for copies. 6/1/2005

I've had to run to this place late at night more often than I can count. The place has always been as clean as can be for an active store, with plenty of copiers available. I've stopped at other copy shops that had ridiculous waits, but that's not a concern here. The employees can be a little passive-aggressive sometimes, but that's to be expected when one's making copies at two in the morning. more
