For nearly 10 years we have tried not to use this location. It is very close to our home and business. Unfortunately, about twice a year we are forced to go to the Kinko's in downtown La Jolla. \r

The management deliberatly keeps this location understaffed. The clerks at the desk are generally over-stressed and under-trained. The turnover is high. The wait is interminable. \r

This location is a disgrace to the Kinko's corporation, and to La Jolla.
