Review content:
I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. I got the impression that my being there was a huge inconvenience. I went in with pricing questions and to order some business cards. The man who helped me was very nice but he could not answer all of my questions. When he asked the other employee (I believe he was a manager) how to answer my questions and how to place my order the ""manager"" gave me vague answers and walked away. He dealt with all the other customers this way. He was very short and treated us like we were all stupid. Later my husband went in to pick up the business cards and he got treated the same way. The man who helped him was very rude and even rolled his eyes at him after he quickly corrected himself when he gave the wrong name the order was under. We have both decided that we are no longer taking our business to Kinkos/FedEx, we will now go across the road to Staples for our printing needs. Cons: I guess they don't want business
