My HP printers have served me well . . ink too expensive. So I buy an EPSON ET-2750. For one year printing product sheets, presentations, support lit.. all with graphics . . I have wasted more money on paper and time than this piece of trash is worth! A 12 page presentation on presentation paper: Starts printing on page 2 and the rest are out of order . . This thing skips pages; Gives message 'load paper' .. and it's loaded; 'Out of ink' . . ( 3/4 full !!); 'Adjust paper edge guide' . . it is... Print page 2.. skips a page then prints. This thing is trash... I'm returning it and picking up HP... at least I get my work done without grief!! more

Dell's Lack of Support 5/8/2019

I have been buying Dell's for years and have always had excellent support. I just recently purchased a new Dell and Epson printer. I called for support to connect the printer, but they said they would have to charge me. Charge me for help hooking up a printer?! I'm very disappointed in their lack of customer and we think twice about buying Dell in the future if this is the direction they are taking. more

Still waiting 9/6/2018

Was told by Marcus that a new 220 black ink would be sent to me since my brand new 220 black purchased from Walmart in Frisco, Tx. was not recognized by my computer.Ink never showed up. when I called yesterday, Juanco (?) told me that the prior order was cancelled and he assured me I would get a new ink overnight (today). We'll see.Seems to me I will have to purchase a new, different printer just to get something that prints. Never got a call that first order was cancelled. Epson should "recall" their black 220 ink from Walmart since their Epson printers do not recognize their Epson ink Cute huh? more

EPSON Customer Service Rocks! 8/18/2006

I've been a loyal EPSON printer customer for years. So last night when my Stylus CX4600 pooped out I was extremely disappointed. I've only had the printer for about one year so it should be working fine. After at least 20 attempts to clean the print heads and nozzle checks I conclude that the printer is malfunctioning. After searching through my files for the receipt I of course cannot find the proper one. So I called EPSON's tech support number and they were able to look up all my info because I had registered the product. After a few minutes to troubleshooting, we determine that the printer has a "hardware malfunction." So they are sending me a brand new upgraded printer via FedEx. WAHOOO! I am so impressed with the service that I received. There was no hassle, no problems, no nothing. Just great customer service. more
