Scam 4/2/2012

Got lured in with the cheap price. Oh 3 hours for $150 sound too good to be true? It sure is! The Town Cars they showed us were hideous. I would absolutely be embarrassed if I were an owner of a company and tried to take peoples money for the garbage I they have to offer. We got suckered into renting something and the SUV we rented is not the one that showed up. When we called to find out where the correct SUV was they offered a discount so we accepted, not knowing that the door did not close completely, the moonroof was leaking water, the heat did not work, the radio didnt work. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just got their sevices for st. pattys day and i could not believe the service we got! dont get me wrong the prices were unbeatable but believe me you pay for what you get. I got a party bus by the time we got to our destination the bus broke down, they sent a excursion limo which was fine but when you have 18 people in a limo that has no air on a 78 degree day and the heat was blasting (which you cant turn off!!!) it doesnt sound like a good time, as everyone explained it, it was hell on wheels! I had the bus for a total of 7 hours and about 5 out of the 7 hours we were stuck on the side of the road with me on the phone with management that didnt do anything beside make excuse after excuse. Take my advice and never go with this company!!!!!!!!! unless you want to be on the side of the road with your guests! Pros: null Cons: null more

No Heat and Kept stuff we left behind 3/6/2012

There was no heat in the limo all night, it was about 20 degrees that night, I will never use them again. There was no response when we called to complain, We called the owner too! No response! Great for sporting events! 1/19/2012

I just used a party bus Monday night for the wings game. It was awesome. A few of my buddies drove seperately and they missed half of the game trying to find parking. PINK PARTY BUSES 1/10/2012

Amazing buses... Great drivers...unbeatable prices.... My bachlorette party was just a few weeks ago and my friends and I also had the pink party bus! It was so amazing there was a dance floor a dance pole and awesome pink lighting. And the best part the back mirror has "girls night out" lite up on it. Our driver was amazing never complaining that he had 20 screaming women in his ear all night...THANKS KEN! We decided to go with the pink bus because of the occasion but we did check out a bunch at their office before choosing and they all seem really nice we almost went with the silver one that was decked out. Terrible 10/4/2011

Entertainment Express provided the limo service for my wedding on June 4, 2011. It was a very hot day that day (mid-90's), and the limo the company sent to pick up my bride-to-be at her parents' house did not have functioning air conditioning. Everyone in the limo was extremely hot and sweating by the time they arrived at the church (by the way, the driver didn't know how to get to the church). After my soon-to-be in-laws made numerous complaints to the driver about the heat, they sent a replacement limo (that looked pretty shoddy) that was waiting for us after the wedding ceremony. Amazingly, the replacement did not have air conditioning either, and the entire wedding party was extremely hot and uncomfortable as we drove around Detroit taking pictures for several hours. It was so hot that one of the bridesmaids began feeling sick and actually had to get out of the limo and ride in the photographer's car. more

I have used EE for several different occasions and been very pleased. I have also gotten tickets from them. The owner is always professional and accomodating and the drivers are fun and courteous. made my wedding day great driver was on time we sent an intinerary via email driver knew where she was going had us on time for everything red carpet service was excellent I would highly recommend their services the limo bus was perfect for my big dress and plenty of room for my attendants it certainly shows why they have been around for over 20 years more

used entertainment express for a girls night out had a excellent time driver knew where all the good bars were driver was on time brought everyone home so none of my guests had to drive thats whats its all about getting a safe ride home the 20 passengers bus was an excellent choice room to dance had a bathroom on board so we didnt have to make a ton of stops for the girls and excellent price and service I highly recommend them more

A+++ Company! 6/28/2011

I used Entertainment Express for my 23 birthday. Our driver Lois was amazing. We went downtown and hit up a couple popular bars and fabulous night! It was a great idea and a lot cheaper then 18 DUIs. The office staff was really helpful afterward because we left some articles in the limo that night after way to much to drink. My wedding is coming up and I plan on using the services again. Not to mention the prices that they gave me was about $150.00 cheaper then any other company I called. more
