Made my daughter's first concert EXTRA SPECIAL!! 6/27/2011

Thank you Entertainment Express for making our daughter's first concert a memory she'll never forget. We took our daughter to see Taylor Swift and used EE to make the night special for her and her friend and their family. They picked us up, made the little girls feel so special (Like Princesses). Driver got us downtown on time to get dinner and waited patiently while we tried to find a place to eat which was difficult cuz the Tigers game was going on too. He helped us find Pizza Papolis quickly and we had time to eat and then head to the concert. People were looking at us as we got out and my daughter said "I think everyone thinks I'm Taylor Swift". LOL. Anways, after the concert, got us home without delay of all the traffic. Awesome night for the girls and a relief not having to worry about the drive and traffic downtown. Thanks Pat for hooking us up with a great limo too!!!! more

WORST COMPANY EVER 6/10/2011

WORST LIMO I HAVE EVER RENTED!! I would NOT recommend this Company to my worst enemy. \r \r We rented a Lincoln Town Car limo from this company for my daughter's prom. The limo they sent looked like they retrieved it from the scrap heap and sent their mechanic as the chauffeur. Most drivers are either dressed in a tux or very nice dress clothes; this driver showed up with black work pants and a white polo shirt that was stained from front to back. The driver barely knew where he was going and had to be directed by the kids. When the driver left, the limo sounded like it was ready to break down (very loud clanking noises), and the kids said the driver drove slowly because it sounded like the limo was going to break down any minute. You could clearly see that the side panels on the outside of the limo had been damaged and poorly repaired. \r \r AND THE INSIDE WAS EVEN WORSE. First, the air conditioning barely worked. Reputable Company you can trust 3/4/2011

I used Entertainment Express for my bachelorette party and my wedding. I was highly satisfied. Drvier was on time, polite and knew where to go. Me and my girls received royal treatment. Couldn't have asked for anything more. They're a BBB accredited company which means a lot. more

Left us on the side of the road! 2/24/2011

The limo company gave us a deal, and when we were 15 mins away from the time that we paid and were 30 mins away from our destination, the driver stopped the limo then made us give him more cash on the spot before he would continue to drive . We asked if it could come out of the credit card on file he refused. Then after paying him for another 30 mins he stopped on the service drive of the freeway after driving for 15mins and told everyone to get out and said he wasnt going to drive us anymore. We told him its bs n he can't drop us off in the middle of the road while its cold n snowing and its 3am and everyones drunk. He said yes he could and we told him we wouldn't get out unless he took us back, so he said he was going to call the police we told him fine and he did. Then when they came he said he felt threatened by us, when it was all girls and 2 guys on the limo and no one said anything to him that was rude untill after he told us to get out. I had previously given a bad review 12/1/2010

Because our first time using this company did not work out. However, pat the owner compensated me with 6 free hrs that I used Friday. The limo was better than expected, they were on time and very accomadating. I deleted my previous review because this company went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. more

This letter is to inform you of the excellent service and follow-up that I received from the employees at ?Entertainment Express? for the services received during my annual birthday celebration back in December 2008. The company provided me with a gorgeous limousine which was adequately equipped with the later gadgets and technology. The limousine was ready and made available to me in a timely manner.\r \r The Limousine driver was very professional, outgoing, engaging and gregarious. Also, in keeping with the party spirit, the driver went above and beyond in assisting me in making my birthday celebration ?second to none? and definitively a night to remember. \r \r This experience is just one of the reasons why I would definitely recommend ?Entertainment Express? to both family and friends alike. A Great Business 10/31/2010

Entertainment Express is Great! I used them in the past and their sevices are acceptional. I recently contacted them for our High school music department. They helped my High school by making a generous donation. So not only does this company offer great service, reasonable rates, nice & reliable vehicles, have a nice & friendly staff they also give back to the community/our kids. I know the next time I need a Limo I will call Entertainment Express. These days the way the economy is we need good and honest businesses to work with. Thank you Entertainment Express!! more

Truly the best service in Michigan. They have such a wide variety of vehicles that make each occasion special. I have used the Chrysler 300 to surprise my parents at the airport, the party bus for a night out with some friends and my daughter is begging me to rent out the pink party bus for her sweet 16!\r Always great service and it doesn't kill my wallet either! more

i used this company for my wedding and bacholrette party and absolutely loved them i decided to call them and see if they would help with make a wish foundation and they did not hesitate to to donate a limo for the raffle i am so thrilled to see with the economy they way it is a company will still give there time and services for free thank you so much more

I have used Entertainment Express for EVERY limo service I've needed for the past 6 years. From my daughter's Quinceanera to 3 dances a year for her 4 years of high school. The service, staff & limos were EXCELLENT & the price was just a bonus! They have personally helped our community with fundraisers & have always been gracious & professional. My son now is in high school & the ONLY limo service that I can trust & will use will be Entertainment Express. I highly recommend them for ANY event you have planned!! more

Horrible company!!! 9/27/2010

HORRIBLE!!!! Ent. Express limo company, not only gave us shotty service the day of my husbands bachelor party, but they were late to pick up the guys on our wedding day! My groom was late! After complaining, they gave us a free 3hr limo usage within 1 year, well we should have known better, but we used the free limo. Free, hahahaha we had to pay $60 min out of pocket for tip, plus they expected extra. Our driver Tommy was a VERY nice guy, I feel bad that he has to work for this company. Our limo was old and smelled like mold and BO. Nasty. This company is HORRIBLE. Go elsewhere for your limo needs! more

YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AT ENTERTAINMENT EXP? - ? - Today\r A customer of ours just called to let Entertainment Express know about this review from mthrwdwn (WHO IS ANOTHER LIMOUSINE COMPANY) when a business is talking about another business not being good thats your first sign to go anywhere but the business doing the bad mouthing! Thats why we have the Better Business Bureau where Entertainment Express has a B rating! Entertainment Express has been in Business for over 20 years. We own all our limos none are bank financed. There are only a few companies that can say that. No bankruptcy or repos here. If you want proof stop by and we will show you the title of any one of our limousine showing no bank loan. We will also show proof of insurance and MDOT inspected. We are open 7 days a week Monday thru Saturday from 9am till 8pm, and Sunday from 10:00am until 6:00pm. RUINED MY WEDDING DAY!!!! 9/7/2010

Entertainment Express ruined my wedding day! The day I had dreamed of my entire life was finally here and little did i know what was in store. I got married to the man of my dreams and we were making our exit, kissing aunts and grandmas and as everyone watched we started to get into our limo, a beautiful lincoln town car with a just married sign strapped to the trunk with old seatbelts when alas, my wedding party didn't all fit. I was very confused by this since, when i spoke to the gentleman who booked my service via phone, i was told the car i was getting fit 10-12 passengers. How embarrassed was i when half of my wedding party had to follow in an suv because the limo i was sent only fit 8 of my 12 bridal party members. Pretty embarrassed. My driver was very nice and called the office for me to let them know what was going on and they were able to meet up with us and swap out the vehicle for a larger one. A "party bus" is what they sent. This "luxury vehicle" was a disaster on wheels more

Entertainment Express has generously donated to Dearborn Animal Shelter"s fundraising auctions in 2008 through 2010 without hesitation or the need for repeated requests. In fact, in 2009 a duplicate donation of 3 hours of limo service was sent and when we contacted them to pursue returning the second donation, they graciously told us to use both certificates and wished us the best in our fundraising efforts. \r Recipients of the certificates were always pleased and we always attract multiple bidders for events/dinners/when the Entertainment Express certificate was part of the package. When we paired the certificate with tickets to the Lions game and offered it as a live item at one of our auctions, they extended the parameters of the donation to accommodate the game time and length. \r \r Entertainment Express is beyond wonderful!!! And I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking professional, dependable transportation services. more

Incredible Service! 8/23/2010

Entertainment Express is amazing!! My best friend just got married on Saturday and I was the Maid of Honor. I was put in charge of finding a limo place for the wedding and everyone was thrilled with what I came up with! It was perfect! Definitely get a party bus! The service was incredible! Red carpet, just married sign and drink accommodations! I went with them because I found out that they've been in the business for over 20 years and it sure does show! They won't let you down!! more
