Review content:
Entertainment Express provided the limo service for my wedding on June 4, 2011. It was a very hot day that day (mid-90's), and the limo the company sent to pick up my bride-to-be at her parents' house did not have functioning air conditioning. Everyone in the limo was extremely hot and sweating by the time they arrived at the church (by the way, the driver didn't know how to get to the church). After my soon-to-be in-laws made numerous complaints to the driver about the heat, they sent a replacement limo (that looked pretty shoddy) that was waiting for us after the wedding ceremony. Amazingly, the replacement did not have air conditioning either, and the entire wedding party was extremely hot and uncomfortable as we drove around Detroit taking pictures for several hours. It was so hot that one of the bridesmaids began feeling sick and actually had to get out of the limo and ride in the photographer's car.
