I've purchased several items from Energy Savers. Worst possible place to get any work done or get parts for your stuff! They've been rude, unhelpful, and even managed to lose me as a customer in their computer system to get out of letting me use my store credit for a returned item. They don't return calls & don't stock PARTS!! I think they sell too many brands so they have to order everything while you WAIT, and WAIT, & WAIT for them to get them in. HORRIBLE........... more

Best Buying experience of my life! 6/15/2010

In late 2009 I purchased a Jotul gz650 Fireplace from Energysavers in Meredith NH, and they made my shopping experience seam like a breaze. All of my question were answered, and both the sales and service staff were very professional. My fireplace has been running without a hiccup since the day I purchased it, and i would recomend Energysavers to anyone looking to buy a new fireplace! Worst service and Installed damaged $3,000 fireplace-No reply since then 8/15/2006

I bought a 60,000BTU, $3,000 and change fireplace, installed from these people. After the ere done, I noticed that the fron facia of the unit was buckled and dented. I ave called at least 4 times, emailed them via their web site, I have not gotten any reply from them. Thank god I still owe them 1/3rd of the total bill. Their people do NOT know the products they are selling, the owner sat in my house and read the owners manual to figure out how to install the fire brick... more
