I bought a 60,000BTU, $3,000 and change fireplace, installed from these people. After the ere done, I noticed that the fron facia of the unit was buckled and dented. I ave called at least 4 times, emailed them via their web site, I have not gotten any reply from them. Thank god I still owe them 1/3rd of the total bill. Their people do NOT know the products they are selling, the owner sat in my house and read the owners manual to figure out how to install the fire brick...
